It's already done by Meowthnum1, but whatever. I like reinventing the wheel.
Simply download this file (6 kb ZIP), and extract it to your C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\ folder. If you can't find that, open up Word and go to Tools -> Options -> File Locations and figure out where to extract it. picture
